About The Role

Position: Electrician Helper

Location: Manhattan, Kansas

Employment Type: Full-Time

As an Electrician Helper at LB&B Associates, Inc., you’ll work side-by-side with licensed electricians, assisting in the maintenance and repair of systems that keep our facilities running smoothly and safely. What You’ll Do

Get ready for a fast-paced, rewarding role where every day brings new opportunities to learn and shine! Key responsibilities include:

• Assist licensed electricians with installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical wiring, systems, and equipment.
• Help prepare and clean work areas, ensuring all tools and materials are organized and ready for use.
• Carry, retrieve, and manage materials, tools, and parts to support efficient project completion.
• Learn to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
• Perform routine inspections and help document maintenance activities as directed.
• Practice strict adherence to safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements.
• Support emergency response efforts by promptly assisting with urgent electrical issues under supervision.
• Participate in preventative maintenance tasks and help identify potential hazards.
• Assist with inventory management to track and organize electrical supplies and tools.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients to support project goals.
