We are specifically looking for a trainee currently enrolled in a certified program like WECA and who has logged at least 4,000 hours (2 years) of electrical field experience. This role is ideal for someone serious about building a long-term career in the electrical industry and ready to grow under the guidance of licensed professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist journeyman and foreman electricians on commercial and industrial job sites
- Install conduit, wire, fixtures, panels, and other electrical components under supervision
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, plans, and blueprints
- Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a clean, organized job site
- Maintain proper documentation of hours worked for state certification tracking
- Communicate progress, issues, or material needs to your supervisors
- Remain enrolled and actively participate in your state-approved training program (preferably WECA)
- Learn code compliance, troubleshooting techniques, and installation best practices
- Represent the company professionally on job sites and with clients
- Currently enrolled in a state-approved electrical trainee program (preferably WECA)
- Minimum 4,000 hours (2 years) of verified commercial/industrial electrical work experience
- Ability to show proof of hours worked and program enrollment
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn from experienced electricians
- Solid references from previous electrical employers or mentors
- Ability to interpret electrical drawings and follow directions accurately
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED required
