Key Responsibilities

• Assist Journeyman & Master Electricians in installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Handle Materials & Tools by organizing, transporting, and setting up equipment at job sites.
• Run & Pull Wiring for electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
• Support Installations of panels, outlets, lighting, and electrical components.
• Maintain Safety Standards by following OSHA and company guidelines.
• Troubleshoot Basic Electrical Issues under the supervision of a licensed electrician.
• Read & Interpret Blueprints with guidance from senior team members.
• Ensure Worksite Cleanliness by removing debris and maintaining an organized workspace.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2 years of electrical experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Enrollment in an electrical apprenticeship is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of electrical tools, wiring, and safety protocols.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Work Ethic: Willingness to learn, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality work.
• Driver's License: Valid license and reliable transportation preferred.

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds regularly.
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work long hours and overtime, including nights or weekends, when necessary.
