Position Responsibilities

College Program:

• Provides support to students and families to navigate the treatment process.
• Collaborates with students and families to explore necessary academic accommodations for treatment.
• Identify and cultivate partnerships with colleges’ counseling department/behavioral health leaders, as well as offices for disabilities, international students, academic leaders and residence life offices.
• Serve as liaison with schools, students, parents and the multidisciplinary team.
  
  

Education Coordinator

• Facilitates the educational component of treatment for all adolescent patients.
• Facilitates the patient’s transition back into school following treatment.
• Coordinates with parents and schools as needed.
• Facilitates weekly group therapy.
• Provides oversight of the education space.
• Provides outreach to the educational community.
  
  

Education, Competencies And Credentials

• Bachelor Degree Required, Master’s Degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with school personnel and knowledge of High School Curriculum required.
  
  

Hours

• Full Time – 40 hours a Week
