Must live within a drivable distance of Denver, Co for this hybrid, one-year contract.

Your Day-to-Day
The individual will work within the demand side management portion of the industry, helping customers save energy in a regulated utility space. Responsibilities include working with technical resource manuals, creating standard rebate programs and offerings, providing technical guidance to program managers, and supporting new initiatives like smart meter disaggregation projects. They will provide technical consulting, develop new products and services, and collaborate extensively with various internal and external partners.
The candidate will be supporting a team within the Customer Energy and Transformation Systems group, collaborating with program managers, marketing assistants, trade partners, customers, and regulatory and policy teams.

Requirements
Who You Are:
- Engineering degree from an ABET accredited school
- Entry-level; 0-3 years of professional experience preferred.
- Experience in building sciences, energy efficiency, or regulated utilities
- Knowledge of thermodynamics and fluid dynamics
- Excel proficiency
- Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred but trainable)
- Experience with demand side management (DSM)
- Experience with HVAC design or energy auditing
- Interest in clean energy and carbon reduction
