Job Summary
Septodont is seeking a strategic, motivational, and results-driven Eastern Regional Sales Manager to lead a high-performing team of Dental Products Sales Representatives. This role requires a leader who combines deep market insight, customer-centric selling, and team development expertise to drive growth across all product categories. This leader will bring demonstrated success in driving change management, particularly as they engage with senior leadership, cross-functional peers, and their team members virtually, in the field, and at society meetings, further develop relationships with dealers and distributors, and manage investments of their field team.

Basic Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the dental or medical device industry.
- Understanding of medical devices, pharmaceutical products, and preferably dental procedures/terminology.
- Effective team leadership and coaching abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify challenges within sales processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to improve performance and client satisfaction.
- Strong ability to build effective relationships, cultivate collaborative environments, and align team efforts toward shared objectives.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, BI tools, and virtual collaboration technologies.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel at least 50%.
