REE Automotive (Nasdaq: REE) is changing the electric mobility and aims at becoming the standard for electric vehicles. REE’s disruptive corner technology enables a completely flat and modular chassis that supports mission-specific EVs from class 1 to class 6 for commercial vehicles and people movers.

As the East Coast Regional Sales Manager at REE, you will play a pivotal and multifaceted role in steering the success of operations across a designated territory. Your core responsibility is to not only drive revenue and deliver exceptional customer experiences but also to shape the long-term strategic direction of the region. This involves overseeing the immediate execution of operations while continually enhancing the delivery volume and overall customer satisfaction. Your leadership will be instrumental in the growth of market shares across all product lines, elevating brand awareness, and ensuring increased profitability within the territory.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to directly impact and contribute to REE’s mission by guaranteeing an accurate, consistent, and rapid transaction process for our valued customers. This role demands a keen balance between the macro and micro aspects of operational management, from shaping overarching strategies to ensuring the meticulous execution of day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead overall sales for your designated region
  • Provide training and real-time feedback to dealers and fleets while collecting feedback to improves the process
  • Proactively mediate and resolve customer concerns
  • Utilize reports and dashboards to provide feedback on strategic direction and implement process management changes
  • Demonstrate fluency in local market sales and DMV requirements/processes and partner with fleet logistics to optimize sales and delivery processes
  • Build robust relationships with key stakeholders across departments, developing market strategy and commercial awareness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or related technical field required or graduate from an automotive vocational school – preferred.
  • 3+ years Business development/Sales experience in relevant areas (stated above).
  • Experience in working with dealers’ network preferably in the truck and EV space.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while managing multiple projects and adhering to business-critical deadlines, multi-site experience; preferred
  • Excellent analytical, verbal/written communication, and sales skills
  • Effective at using data, logic, and instincts to identify problems and execute solutions
  • Able to be a creative thinker and devise creative solutions to complicated problems
  • Experience with using a CRM system
