eCommerce Programs Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Programs Analyst to support our digital commerce initiatives in the automotive components sector. This role reports directly into the Sales department and works in strategic alignment with the E-Commerce team to drive digital growth, enhance customer experience, and support data-driven decision-making. This is an ideal opportunity for someone passionate about digital platforms, analytics, and the evolving landscape of B2B and B2C e-commerce in manufacturing. This position will monitor pricing and applicable policies of compliance and follow enforcement action procedures with non-complying retailers.

Responsibilities

  • Primary Duty: Monitor websites for program and MAP compliance with software. Manually monitor (when applicable) websites such as auction-based sites, market place sites and 3rd party direct retailer sites.
  • Follow corporate process of escalation on non-complying retailers and ensure a high level of communication to all non-authorized retailers.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate product listings, pricing, and inventory data
  • Maintain and optimize product data (e.g., SKUs, specifications, compatibility) across e-commerce platforms
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market research specific to automotive components and aftermarket trends
  • Receive and authorize completed retailer information forms and agreements and search for sellers not yet under agreement for authorization.
  • Document processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in digital operations
  • Perform all other responsibilities as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • High school degree or GED
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a technical, data-driven environment

Preferred Education And Experience

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of automotive parts, components, or manufacturing processes is preferred

  • The Team Member is regularly required to talk and hear.
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods (up to 8 hours/day)
  • Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and mouse
  • Occasional lifting of materials or equipment up to 25 lbs (e.g., product samples, documentation)
  • Occasional visits to warehouse or production areas (may require PPE)

Position Type/Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time hourly position, and hours/days of work are decided by production schedules and your reporting manager. Normal working week will be 40 hours and OT may be required.

Travel

Ability to travel occasionally to trade shows, vendor sites, or company facilities (0-10%)
