Tight Quarters Inc., a leader in grading and demolition with over 40 years of experience in Southern California, is looking for skilled Class A Drivers to join our team. This role is crucial in transporting equipment, materials, and debris safely and efficiently to and from job sites. Key Responsibilities

• Transport heavy equipment, materials, and debris to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Operate Class A vehicles in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials when required.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and dispatchers to ensure efficient deliveries.
• Follow all safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
• Represent Tight Quarters Inc. professionally while on the road and at job sites.
  
  

Qualifications

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) (Required).
• Experience hauling heavy equipment to and from job sites.
• Clean driving record with no major violations.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating Class A vehicles.
• Previous experience in construction-related trucking (Required).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.
• Must be able to work full-time, including occasional Saturdays.
• Local knowledge of Orange County and surrounding areas is a plus.

Work Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, Monday-Friday
• Availability for Saturdays when needed
