Document Specialists are responsible for creating, maintaining and managing all right-of-way files. Runs reports, scans documents and updates database. Prepares acquisition documents including initial offer letters and easements.

Summary/Objective
Document Specialists are responsible for creating, maintaining and managing all right-of-way files. Runs reports, scans documents and updates database. Prepares acquisition documents including initial offer letters and easements.
Essential Functions
- Develops project line lists.
- Creates and manages right-of-way files.
- Mail merges initial offer letters, easement documents and all other acquisition documents.
- Runs reports, scans documents and updates database.
- Creates initial offer packages and tracks certified mail receipts.
- Enters payment information and recording information in the database.
- Communicates effectively with Document Supervisor, Project Manager, Right-of-Way Agents and other personnel.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently.

- Problem Solving/Analysis.
- Time Management.
- Thoroughness.
- High school diploma.
- 3 years of document preparation experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Pro.
