District Manager (Southern California Region)

Streamside Parks is focused on acquiring, improving, and operating RV Park Resorts & Campgrounds, primarily throughout the Southeast. With a focus on stable properties with long-term occupants and strategic, desirable locations, we strive to provide solid returns to our investors AND operate campgrounds that delight our residents and campers.

POSITION SUMMARY:  The District Manager serves as an operational advisor and support partner to park managers across designated group of RV Parks and camp grounds in California and the Western region. This role is responsible for mentoring on site leaders, ensuring compliance with state-specific labor laws (especially California) and driving operational consistency, guest satisfaction and business performance through coaching and hands-on support. Candidates based in Southern California or Verde Valley Areas are strongly preferred, and the position requires regular travel (up to 75%) to provide in person guidance and oversight at California, Arizona, and other states within the growing Western region. 

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• Act as a strategic and operational advisor to on-site park managers, offering guidance on staffing, guest services, maintenance and site improvements.
• Support park Managers in navigating California’s labor laws, including scheduling, timekeeping, wage and hour compliance, and documentation. 
• Provide mentorship and leadership development to foster high performance on-site teams. 
• Ensure all locations adhere to company policies, brand standards, and applicable state and local regulations
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to assess performance, identify risks, and recommend improvements.
• Work collaboratively with HR and legal to ensure proper documentation, employee relations handling and safety protocol adherence.
• Guide the development and execution of local marketing efforts in partnership with the corporate team.
• Assist with seasonal planning, staffing models, and community engagement efforts
• Analyze individual park and distinct level P&L reports, identifying opportunities to optimize revenue and control cost.
• Advise park managers on expense tracking, forecasting, resource allocation. 
• Manage the resources and assets of the property, including all buildings, equipment, and  amenities.

Skill and Experience: 

• A bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and commensurate experience.
• 5 + years of multi-site leadership or district -level management in RV parks/ campsites
• Proven experience managing teams in California, with working knowledge of the states' employment laws.
• You are a true operator and understand the complexities of the daily tasks in this role.
• Demonstrated success coaching leaders and improving team performance remotely and in person.
• Strong financial and operational acumen with the ability to support budgeting and profitability goals.
• You are efficient at using computer systems and have excellent skills in Google Suite applications, and other web-based applications.
• You have a current driver's license.
• Travel up to 75%, multi-state
