- Pay: $20 hourly + bonus/incentives

- Optimizes deployment of technical resources to achieve departmental KPI's by ensuring right tech/right call.
- Support effective capacity planning by providing daily operations data as required.
- Generate weekly hot hands report.
- Ensures properly timed dispatch brief.
- With additional duties based on the needs of the company.
- Proven track record in customer service.
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict, and hold others accountable.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
