As a Dispatch Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact for callers seeking immediate assistance, and your ability to remain calm, empathetic, and proactive under pressure will be vital.Responsibilities:Emergency Call Handling: Receive and manage inbound emergency calls from clients, customers, and internal teams seeking immediate assistance. Quickly assess the nature of the situation and prioritize calls based on urgency.Triage and Coordination: Collaborate with appropriate personnel and external responders to coordinate swift responses to urgent issues.
