Job Summary

A strategic leader and individual contributor to drive talent acquisition and people operations in support of business growth. This role will lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent strategies that align with company objectives while contributing to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

• Develop and implement forward-thinking talent acquisition strategies to attract, interview, hire and retain top-tier talent across all 3 companies.
• Build end-to-end recruitment workflows, including crafting job descriptions, creating role-specific interview guides, and training leaders on effective interview techniques.
• Strengthen employer branding and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to enhance candidate attraction and engagement.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for critical roles, ensuring a proactive approach to talent acquisition.
• Leverage data insights to refine recruiting strategies, streamline hiring processes, and position the company as an employer of choice in the industry.
• Develop structured career progression frameworks and role structures to support internal leadership growth.
  
  

HR & People Strategy

• Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance and engagement.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on overall company organizational structure.
• Drive organizational design and workforce planning, creating career growth and succession planning opportunities.
• Support and lead HR Generalist:
• In implementing policies, benefits administration, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Oversee onboarding and engagement programs for seamless new hire integration.
• Oversee and refine the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) process, working closely with executives and leaders to support employee development and performance management.
• Partner with business leaders to refine onboarding and engagement initiatives that strengthen team integration, retention, and overall performance.
  

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4 + years of experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Familiarity with tools such as Paylocity or similar ATS/HRIS platforms.
• Experience in the marine or manufacturing industry.

• This is a full-time, in-office position | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM or 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
