Director of Sales - Dual Property

Join Our Team as a Director of Sales at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton and Tru by Hilton Burlington!
At Parks Hospitality Group, we are looking for a proactive Director of Sales to drive revenue and market share. You will lead sales efforts and collaborate with management to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement sales action plans, identifying target markets and new business opportunities.
- Achieve budgeted revenue and market share goals through effective sales strategies and proactive selling.
- Analyze market trends, business intelligence tools, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the General Managers and Revenue Management to create forecasts, pricing and business mix strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring all terms align with the hotel’s policies and revenue objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, local businesses, and industry professionals.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, conventions, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
- Create and monitor sales reports to track progress against revenue targets and adjust strategies as needed.
- Monitor guest and client satisfaction and ensure that the hotel’s service standards are upheld.
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 4 years of progressive hotel sales experience.
- Experience with both business travel and group sales.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and technology.

Salary Range:
$75,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually
