CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.
Job Summary
The Director of Project Management provides support and oversight of all organizational projects under the Project Management & Marketing Department. The Director of Project Management works closely with the senior leadership and Executive Leadership team (ELT) to analyze the need for cross functional departmental work plans and initiatives. This position also works with other directors to analyze current change management need and will lead the implementation of standardized processes and project management tools

Job Summary
The Director of Project Management provides support and oversight of all organizational projects under the Project Management & Marketing Department. This position also works with other directors to analyze current change management need and will lead the implementation of standardized processes and project management tools
Skills/Requirements
- Master’s Degree in a field related to public health, health administration, behavioral health or related field.
- 5+ years leadership and/or supervisory experience required.
- 7 years’ experience as an Executive/Senior Project Manager is preferred.
- 5-7 years related progressive experience in behavioral healthcare; direct administrative experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP)
