About Moon

An ambitious and independent stealth SaaS company incubated by Home Organizers, a market leader with decades of proven success in designing and delivering exceptional, innovative home organization solutions through its subsidiaries Closet World, Closets by Design, Brio Water Technology, and others. Backed by their deep industry experience and a commitment to be Home Organizer’s critical SaaS provider for its 6000+ employees, our team is building innovative solutions to solve universal problems that most businesses face — yet are not addressed by a single, unified tool.

Our mission is to transform the entrepreneurial experience and deliver operational excellence for businesses across the world through a unified platform supercharged with proprietary AI agents. We want to unleash the creativity of billions and inspire the world to dream big and build fast. We’re a rapidly growing team of forward-thinking and, most importantly, committed builders. We are driven by the opportunity to push boundaries, reimagine the foundations of human work, and shape tools that power the next generation of “business operations.” The way the world views and does business is changing, and we are committed to leading this change responsibly.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a visionary and hands-on Director of Product Design to lead and elevate the design function across our entire product ecosystem. In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving a consistent, modern, and innovative UI/UX strategy that spans all digital experiences — ensuring that every user interaction is purposeful, intuitive, and beautiful.

As the head of our design organization, you will lead and grow a multidisciplinary team of designers across all products in the ecosystem, set and evolve design standards to bring human-centered solutions to life. You’ll also establish processes, mentor talent, and guide the team in delivering design excellence at scale.

This is a pivotal leadership role for someone who’s passionate about crafting holistic experiences and is equally strong in strategic vision, design craft, and operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end design strategy across all products, ensuring a consistent, accessible, and innovative user experience.
  • Lead and mentor a team of product/UI/UX designers, providing creative direction, coaching, and performance feedback.
  • Establish and evolve design systems, processes, and best practices to improve quality, efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and executive teams to align design vision with business strategy and user needs.
  • Review and elevate design deliverables to ensure they meet user experience goals and maintain a high standard of design excellence.
  • Drive continuous user research and testing initiatives, ensuring product design decisions are informed by real user insights.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of design output through data, feedback, and product outcomes — using these insights to iterate and improve both the product and the design function.
  • Champion design thinking across the organization, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and user-centricity.

Qualifications And Skills

  • 10+ years of experience in product design, including 6+ years in a design leadership role managing designers across multiple product lines or domains.
  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end product design in complex environments — from user research to interaction and visual design.
  • Strong portfolio of shipped products demonstrating innovative and user-first design solutions across web and/or mobile.
  • Deep understanding of design systems, accessibility standards, and modern UI/UX patterns.
  • Experience scaling and managing a high-performing design team, including hiring, mentoring, and organizational planning.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a track record of building strong relationships with product managers, engineers, and executive stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments with a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on contribution.
  • Proven experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and research platforms (e.g., Maze, Lookback, or similar).
  • Having a high sense of urgency and not only meeting the timelines and requirements but also beating them!
  • Experience working in product ecosystems involving 3D modeling, configuration tools, or complex workflows is a huge plus!
