Director Of Operations

A top Agriculture Labor Management Company located in the Southwesten region af the San Juaquin Valley is seeking a Director of Operations.

To Be Considered, Candidates Must Have The Following Qualifications

• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in a similar roll.
• A college degree preferably in Agriculture
• Experience and full knowledge of finances, profit and loss and staff management.
• Open to frequent travel between California and Arizona.
• Farm managing experience is a plus.
• Candidates with a knowledge of Brassicas will be prioritized.
