Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Laboratory Services located in Clarksville, TN. The Director of Laboratory Services will oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, ensuring all procedures comply with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include supervising laboratory staff, managing budgets, and implementing quality assurance programs. The Director will also oversee inventory management, stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology, and liaise with other medical departments to streamline laboratory services.

Qualifications

• Skills in Medical Technology, Laboratory Skills, and Pathology
• Proficiency in Laboratory Medicine and general Medicine
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with regulatory compliance and quality assurance in a laboratory setting
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degrees or certifications preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
