Summary Of Job Functions

Reporting directly to the CTO, you will provide executive leadership and strategic oversight of the entire Information Technology organization, including IT Operations and Cyber Security

• Leading, mentoring, and managing Director level personnel, providing strategic guidance and ensuring effective alignment with company goals
• Developing and implementing IT policies, governance frameworks, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency, security, compliance, and risk management
• Collaborating with executive stakeholders to translate business objectives into technology strategies that support current operations and drive future growth
• Overseeing budget planning, resource allocation, vendor management, and project prioritization to maximize value from technology investments
• Leading efforts to obtain and maintain industry-specific certifications, such as HIPAA, High Trust, and other healthcare-related certifications
  
  

Minimum Requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in managing diverse IT functions at a senior executive level
• Demonstrated expertise in IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management, and compliance
• Exceptional strategic thinking and decision making skills, with proven success aligning technology strategy with overall business objectives
• Strong people management and mentoring skills, with experience managing senior-level IT professionals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• Ability to work onsite in our Jupiter, FL office
  
  

Preferred Skills And Previous Experience

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CGEIT, PMP, ITIL, or related credentials
• Proven track record successfully leading organizational change or transformation initiatives
• Experience in industries requiring stringent regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards
• Exceptional capability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
