This isn't your typical facilities role. You're a dynamic force who thrives on creating and implementing innovative solutions. You'll develop AI-powered systems that set new standards in campus operations, turning complexity into clarity and chaos into coordination.

If you're the person who walks into a room and immediately sees its full potential – and has the drive and expertise to make that vision reality – we want to talk to you.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearhead the transformation of blank-canvas buildings into prestigious educational spaces that exceed expectations from day one
  • Pioneer next-generation facility management by creating and implementing AI-enhanced tracking systems and smart dashboards
  • Orchestrate large-scale campus upgrades with surgical precision, ensuring minimal impact on educational activities
  • Establish and maintain gold-standard protocols for everything from guest services to technical infrastructure
  • Leverage cutting-edge IoT technology and AI solutions to create a proactive maintenance ecosystem across our nationwide campus network

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Relying on outdated management tools – you'll be at the forefront of AI-driven facilities innovation
  • Following predetermined guidelines – you're here to set new benchmarks for campus excellence
  • Settling for mediocrity – our clientele demands and deserves exceptional standards
  • Operating in single-project mode – you'll be a master of parallel execution across multiple locations
  • Seeking comfort in routine – this role demands innovative thinking and adaptability
