  • Represent Concord Prep at community events, fairs, and conferences to promote the school’s values and academic programs.
  • Collaborate with families and staff to connect students with external opportunities and community resources.

Event & Marketing Collaboration

  • Partner with the Marketing Department to align messaging, digital campaigns, and outreach strategies with enrollment priorities.
  • Manage the admissions and local marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and measurable outcomes.

Data, Reporting & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor developments within the independent school sector.
  • Identify and implement best practices in admissions, family relations, and strategic enrollment management.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Serve as an active contributor to the campus leadership team, ensuring enrollment strategies align with the school’s educational mission.
  • Promote a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and service within the admissions team.
  • Support Concord’s values of integrity, inclusivity, and excellence in all interactions with families and community partners.
