The Role
Lead strategy, capture, and program development across Navy acquisition channels. Oversee end-to-end program execution for joint maritime technologies(USN & USMC), including VTOL drones, unmanned surface systems, and C4ISR integration. Coordinate across NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and ONR.

This position may require access to information protected under U.S. export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Mach’s total compensation package. The Role
Lead strategy, capture, and program development across Navy acquisition channels. Oversee end-to-end program execution for joint maritime technologies(USN & USMC), including VTOL drones, unmanned surface systems, and C4ISR integration. Coordinate across NAVSEA, NAVAIR, and ONR.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary interface between Mach Industries and Navy program offices, including NAVSEA, NAVAIR, ONR, and MARCORSYSCOM.
- Shape and execute BD strategies for multi-domain maritime initiatives, including VTOL drones, AI-enabled ISR platforms, and autonomous surface vessels.
- Identify and lead capture on high-value programs such as SBIRs, BAAs, OTAs, and direct-to-Phase II/III opportunities.
- Develop and deliver program roadmaps, technical proposals, and CONOPS aligned with end-user requirements.
- Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, product, and legal) through DoD acquisition lifecycles, from RFI through contract execution.
- Drive relationships with senior uniformed and civilian leadership in the Pentagon and across the Fleet.
- Monitor emerging threats, funding trends, and policy shifts that impact the maritime domain and innovation adoption.
- Represent Mach Industries at key trade shows, industry events, and technology demonstrations.
- 10+ years of defense industry experience with a focus on Navy programs.
- Strong understanding of Navy procurement, budgeting, and acquisition strategy.
- Proven success in managing cross-service technology programs.
- Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
