Job Summary:
Energy Recovery, Inc. is dedicated to building products that contribute to a sustainable future and reduce carbon emissions. They are seeking a Director of IT Enterprise Systems to manage their Enterprise Systems, oversee ERP and CRM implementations, and lead a team of solution architects and consultants to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of solution architects and consultants delivering D365 Finance and Operations projects
• Oversee full lifecycle ERP, CRM, and other Enterprise Systems implementations, integrations, ensuring alignment with client business goals and SOX compliance requirements
• Serve as a senior solution architect for complex supply chain and finance implementations
• Develop and refine best practices for ERP delivery, including project management, data migration, and business process optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes and client satisfaction
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
• Drive strategic initiatives to expand service offerings and improve delivery efficiency
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in ERP consulting and delivery, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Proven track record of leading ERP implementations
• Strong background in supply chain management, order processing, warehouse management, and project management
• Experience designing and optimizing business processes to support scalable ERP solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Prior experience in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred:
• Experience with IT compliance standards (e.g., SOX)
