Description

We’re looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Investor Relations to lead our enterprise-wide financial strategy and investor communications. In this high-impact role, you’ll oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting while driving financial efficiency across the organization. You’ll partner closely with senior leadership to develop clear, consistent reporting for board and earnings materials and work directly with the CEO and CFO to shape and communicate our earnings thesis. Success in this role means combining sharp financial acumen with strategic storytelling, building strong investor relationships, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. What you will be doing:
  • Financial Planning and Forecasting: Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast future financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and cash flow. This involves collaborating with segment finance teams and analyzing historical data and market trends to predict future outcomes.
  • Budgeting: Definition: Coordinating the company’s annual budgeting process, establishing budget assumption guidelines and ensuring that all departments adhere to financial guidelines. This includes setting budget targets, monitoring expenditure, and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management, stakeholders, and investors. These reports provide insights into the company's financial health and performance. Collaborating with segment finance teams to create a standard reporting suite for the enterprise and the business segments.
  • Investor Relations: Managing communication with investors, including presenting financial results, answering queries, and providing updates on company performance. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with investors.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyzing financial performance against benchmarks and key performance indicators (KPIs). This involves identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance profitability.

What you need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or investor relations roles in a publicly traded company.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power BI, SQL, and Excel macros.
  • Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, investor relations, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Tools, SharePoint, Capital IQ, and Pitchbook. Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Excel macros, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
