The Opportunity


We’re seeking a strategic and results-oriented sales leader to guide and expand the Enterprise Account Management team. In this high-impact role, you’ll shape strategy, strengthen relationships with Fortune 1000 clients, and ensure sustained success across a portfolio of mission-critical accounts. You'll be responsible for some of the company's most influential enterprise accounts — this is a critical leadership role with high visibility and impact.


What You’ll Do


  • Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing Enterprise Account Management team (team of 5)
  • Develop strategies to drive retention, expansion, and measurable revenue growth.
  • Navigate complex orgs and uncover opportunities in new geos or sister companies
  • Build deep, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Act as a senior escalation point, ensuring challenges are resolved quickly and effectively.


What You Bring


  • 3+ years of leading enterprise account management teams in SaaS is essential
  • Strong new business mindset – identify upsell, cross-sell & expansion opportunities
  • 7+ years in enterprise sales or account management with a track record of expanding existing accounts.
  • Experience with strategic sales methodologies (Value-Based Selling, MEDDPICC, Challenger, Sandler).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
