- Consult, partner and problem solve with menu and brand teams to deliver on our product, marketing and menu plans in coffeehouses
- Operationalize product and sustainability initiatives
- Lead strategy development and problem solving to simplify, integrate and modernize food and beverage production in coffeehouses
- Internal communications management 5 years
- Project management 5 years
- Strategic planning 5 years
- Regional field director or equivalent 2 years
- Operational expertise
- Strategic program management
- People leadership
- Progressive experience managing varied field initiatives or implementation projects
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
