Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior client contact across assigned accounts, managing day-to-day communications and long-term partnership strategy.
- Build and expand trusted relationships with key client stakeholders across marketing, sales, and executive levels.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accounts to deepen engagement and drive revenue growth.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions with clients to understand business goals and align Acosta’s services accordingly.
- Develop, present, and manage strategic marketing and promotional programs tailored to client objectives.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives across creative, media, and retail channels.
- Analyze client performance data to provide insights, track ROI, and adjust plans as needed.
- Coordinate cross-functional support to deliver integrated solutions that create added value for clients.
- Proactively resolve issues, anticipate challenges, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support the development of new tools, processes, and offerings that strengthen client engagement and retention.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in client services, business development, or brand management within consumer-packaged goods or agency environments.
- Strong client relationship management and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to build credibility quickly and influence key decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and identifying upsell opportunities.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms is a plus.
