Job Summary:
Almost Family is seeking a passionate and motivated IDD Program Director to lead and grow our services in the Medford, Oregon region. This role is ideal for a candidate with a strong work ethic, a growth-oriented mindset, and a genuine commitment to serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). As a key leader in our organization, the Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with the state of Oregon regulations, support a high-performing team, and foster strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners. Success in this role requires excellent organizational skills, clear and professional communication, and a consistently positive, solutions-focused attitude. We are looking for someone who is not only highly capable but also excited to build and expand services that make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee day-to-day operations of IDD services within the Medford region
Ensure full compliance with Oregon state regulations and regional center guidelines
Supervise, support, and mentor program staff to maintain high-quality service delivery
Implement individualized service plans (ISPs) in coordination with clients, families, and care teams
Serve as the primary liaison with community partners, vendors, and state agencies
Monitor and manage caseloads, staffing ratios, and program documentation
Conduct regular staff training, evaluations, and performance improvement initiatives
Drive program growth through outreach, referrals, and relationship building
Maintain accurate records for audits, billing, and reporting purposes
Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions aligned with agency goals
Promote a culture of positivity, accountability, and continuous improvement
Respond promptly to client or staff emergencies, concerns, or incidents
Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic planning and organizational development
Attend and represent the agency at relevant community events, meetings, and trainings

Compensation & Benefits:
- Hourly wage of $26 to $30, paid every two weeks

- Progressive Paid Time Off Plan

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience with I/DD or Health Care Industries
- Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
