PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role is accountable for driving the end to end digitization of supply chain in the business unit. This role is accountable for landing the delivery and benefits of Digital & Technology capabilities for supply chain, including net productivity, availability, product superiority, operational excellence, digital manufacturing, sustainability, and planning excellence. This includes expanding the use of AI and automation, partnering closely with the Foods BU Supply Chain leaders and Products to drive user centricity and the value from digital capabilities.

What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
- Trusted partner to the Foods North America BU supply chain leadership and their teams
- Create and execute strategies that leverage digital technologies, AI, and automation to enhance supply chain outcomes
- Ensure alignment of supply chain analytics, AI and technology initiatives with business unit objectives.
- Accountable for the digitization of supply chain, leading the E2E Digital & Technology plan for supply chain in the business unit on behalf of the BU CDIO
- Prioritises and aligns the plan, outcomes and timelines with supply chain leadership across products
- Drives benefits and adoption with the business unit supply chain team and products
- Drives local stakeholder engagement and feedback prioritisation, advocating for user centricity and continuous improvement
- Accountable for business unit supply chain sign-off and validation of products
- Lead business deployment of BU specific or BU tailored products, working closely with products to ensure outcome delivery
- Acts as first point of contact for BU Supply chain leaders into Digital & Technology, resolving risks, issues and questions
- Suggests opportunities for leverage of AI and Automation to drive productivity, growth or operational effectiveness
- Digital acumen – experience leading supply chain digitization programmes
