Texell Credit Union, named one of the best credit unions to work for in the nation by the Credit Union Journal, is seeking a Digital Product Manager to work onsite at our Temple, TX headquarters.
As The Digital Product Manager, You Will
- Manage all credit union digital activities. Digital activities include but are not limited to: Digital Banking, Mobile Deposit, Digital Account Opening, Bill Pay, e-Statements, digital chat bot, and reward points.
- Assist the Vice President of Marketing with development and implementation of digital strategy and develops plan to meet Texell’s short-term and long-term goals.
- Manage digital initiatives, products, and services from concept through implementation.
- Oversee all project management, user acceptance testing, quality assurance, and implementations for digital initiatives.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- A college degree is required. Equivalent work experience with required knowledge and skills may be substituted for a degree.
- Five to seven years of experience in a similar or related role, plus 5 years of project or product management experience. Team management experience required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively present to management, staff, established and prospective members and vendors.
- Problem-solving ability and ability to recognize and implement process improvements.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Integrity, collaboration, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment (a snappy sense of humor wouldn’t hurt either).
