We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Manager — and everything in between. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about all things digital. You’ll work alongside our creative and strategy teams to execute, monitor, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable results for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance across digital marketing channels.
- Maintain regular performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs and recommend optimizations.
- Assist in the setup, testing, and launch of digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital strategy across platforms and ensure alignment with client business goals.
- Conduct data-driven testing for ads, email content, and landing pages to improve KPIs.
- Stay up to date on platform updates and industry trends to inform recommendations and strategy adjustments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret digital marketing data.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Familiarity with social media and email marketing tools.
- Proficient in digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
- Ability to support and execute digital marketing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on performance metrics and reporting.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Nice to have: Google Certifications, Meta Certifications, or similar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a data-related field preferred but not required if past job experience fits the role.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles (up to 5 years considered; compensation adjusted accordingly).
$50,000–$60,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
