Digital Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Manager to lead and drive our digital strategy across all channels including remote deposits, e-signatures, e-statements, bill pay, peer-to-peer payments and future digital banking and payment channels. This is a pivotal role that will influence our online presence, member engagement and ultimately, our growth. The successful candidate will need a four-year college degree or equivalent experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Administer and account for the digital services and payment systems of the credit union
• Progressively maximize the service and revenue potential of each payment platform
• Self-audit to address known or perceived concerns (e.g. fraud, compliance, cyber-security and technology)
• Evaluate business needs, objectives and goals, researching products available and designating procedures and systems to best meet those needs
• Develop plans for implementation of new projects. Provide well defined plans including procedures, documentation, deadlines and accountability
• Coach and direct staff in operational activities to ensure compliance with departmental goals, objectives of the credit union, external regulations and budgetary requirements
• Think creatively to identify growth opportunities and new digital services to benefit the membership of a profitable and sound cooperative business
• Keep abreast of cutting edge and new technologies that may transform the financial services marketplace
• Measure, analyze and report the success of the Digital Branch and payments strategy
• Other duties as assigned
