Job Summary

As a Digital Learning Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective online training programs that help our organization achieve its learning and development goals. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and continuously improve digital learning experiences that leverage the latest educational technologies..

Job Duties And Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Designing and developing interactive digital learning content
• Leveraging learning management systems and virtual classrooms to deliver immersive training
• Provide instructional design support to team for instructor lead trainings
• Providing technical support and guidance to users of digital learning platforms
• Analyzing data and user feedback to enhance the quality and impact of digital learning programs
• Staying current on trends and best practices in the field of digital learning
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Knowledge And Skills

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level.
• Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
• Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
• Demonstrated experience in instructional design and the development of online training programs
• Proficiency in using learning management systems, virtual classrooms, and other educational technologies
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve digital learning initiatives
• Passion for staying up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in digital learning
  
  

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelors Degree Preferred
• 5 – 7 years of directly related or closely related experience
  
  

Certifications or Licenses

• Valid Driver’s License
  
  

Travel Requirements

• Travel may be required
• Limited – up to 25%
  
  

Working Conditions

• Typical office environment
• Remote – Virtual Meetings on Camera regularly
• Associa Branch Offices – Percentage of time will depend on proximity.
