As a Digital Designer, you will be part of the AI Automation & Performance team supporting the service messages team. What's the Job?
- Conceptualize & Execute Designs: Develop digital creative for web and app campaigns that align with the brand's bold personality.
- Agile Workflow Participation: Use Kanban boards and daily scrums to manage tasks and meet deadlines for rapid content deployment.
- Collaborate in Figma: Execute design and layout directly within Figma files, working alongside copywriters in real-time.
- Proactive Collaboration: Engage with team members to clarify requirements and ensure cohesive final deliverables.
- Self-Starter Mindset: Identify missing details and proactively gather information to create effective designs.
- Experience: 3+ years as a Digital Designer or Visual Designer in digital marketing.
- Agile Methodology: Comfortable working with Kanban boards, scrums, or related processes.
- Portfolio: Showcases impactful digital work, including web, email, app, or similar campaign assets.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and experience with project management tools.
- Team Player: Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
