Deskside Technician

Duties

All Lines Technology is seeking a self-starter with an excellent customer service orientation and strong technical skills in deskside support. The Deskside Technician will provide support to end users and interface with a service desk and an IT support team to meet deliverables. This role is located at a customer facility in a manufacturing environment and involves troubleshooting standard PC hardware and software.

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, highly motivated, and organized individual. A strong emphasis is placed on timely resolution of support requests and delivering high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates should be tech-savvy and adaptable to new technologies and changes.

Skill

• sExperience in deskside support and basic troubleshooting (hardware, software, printing, networking, file shares, etc.
• )Proficiency in Windows 11 and ability to resolve OS issue
