- Responsibilities:
- Develop and design new lighting products that align with brand vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product feasibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences.
- Present design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably in lighting.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
