Position Overview: As a Sales/Design Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to service key Lowe’s and Costco locations, managing leads and engaging directly with key personnel at these stores. You’ll be responsible for designing and selling custom storage solutions for homeowners, builders, and interior designers/firms. Key Responsibilities:
- Primary focus on servicing Lowe’s and Costco locations, managing leads and working closely with store personnel to drive sales.
- Design and sell custom storage solutions, including closets, home offices, garages, and more.
- Engage with clients at Lowe’s and Costco to provide design consultations and follow through on leads.
- Deliver excellent customer service from initial consultation through to installation, ensuring a seamless process for every client.
- Use computer applications for job tracking, design drawings, and communication.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently to achieve personal and team sales goals.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with a diverse clientele, including key personnel at Lowe’s and Costco.
- Strong project management and follow-through abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficient in computer applications for design and communication (Job Track, design drawings, email).
- Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Passion for interior design, organization, and helping clients improve their living spaces.
