We are seeking a Dental Front Office Coordinator to collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles in our State-Of-The-Art practice.

Schedule

• Monday- 9:00am-6:00pm
• Tuesday- 8:00am-5:00pm
• Wednesday 9:00am-6:00pm
• Thursday 7:00am-2:00pm
• Friday - 8:00am-3:00pm
• 2 Saturday's per month - can sustitute Thursday or Friday off, when working a Saturday
  
  

Responsibilities

The Dental Front Office Coordinator should

• Meet and greet our patients as our number one priority.
• Develop productive schedules.
• Demonstrate understanding of insurance benefits.
• Manage patient documents and records.
• Process and complete claim forms.
• Engage and foster patients through a positive experience.
  
  

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of experience working in similar roles
• Experience with Dentrix, highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of Dental operations
• Strong technical expertise in dental insurance benefits
• Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
