Essential Job Functions
- Assist with the building and execution process of all marketing campaigns via direct mail, email, casino marketing systems, marketing kiosk and other digital platforms as assigned.
- Responsible for utilizing casino management systems to create new and innovative database marketing campaigns and programs by staying current on new system features.
- Performs various data entry tasks including prize code entry, tag code entry, database hygiene, address corrections, return mail processing, etc.
- Coordinates and executes direct mail, email, and mobile app initiatives
- Handles guest service issues regarding database marketing offers
- Routes and/or files database marketing documents including creative samples, financial documents, analytical reports, proposals, approvals, etc.
- Assists with coordinating the production of database marketing campaigns by interfacing with relevant departments
- Assists with the submission of production requests and deadline schedules to the Advertising Department to help insure creative production is accomplished on a timely basis
- Assists with the coordination of analytics requests and direct marketing requests from other departments
- Assists with basic reporting out of the player tracking database
- Coordinates the proofing process of all marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assists with test and control methodologies.
- Maintains database productions schedule, email calendar, Campaign notices and other tracking sheets to ensure timelines are met.
- Assists Marketing Analyst Database in analyzing effectiveness of programs and promotions by utilizing data mining, proformas and any other effective methodology.
- Executes basic data queries using SQL
- Performs any other reasonable request made by management to support the marketing department
- College degree or other work or educational equivalent required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience working in data analytics, data mining, database marketing or a comparable marketing capacity
- Proficient in data mining tools and casino management systems
- Outstanding organization skills are a must, as is the ability to actively manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
- Must thrive in a fast-paced, fluid environment

- Assists in development of general marketing plans, operating reviews, and consolidation of departmental marketing plans
- Oversees property signage planning, development, and execution
- Ability to obtain and maintain all necessary licensing
- Work is performed both in an office and on the casino floor in a smoke-free environment
- Hours of work will vary based on the monthly marketing calendar and average at least 40 hours per week
- Holiday and weekend work schedules will vary
- Team members may be required to move and lift boxes and items up to 25lbs
