Job Description

Join our dynamic team of innovators and technologists as a Senior Data Scientist, where your mission will be to revolutionize how the Bank services and advises clients, deepen client engagements, and drive process transformation. You will analyze existing processes and vast amounts of data to design autonomous AI agents. Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate across Bankers, Client Services, Operations, Product and Technology teams to understand existing processes and bottlenecks, recommending transformative processes to achieve measurable productivity and efficiency gains.
  • Design and execute A/B tests and experimental designs to validate hypotheses and quantify business outcomes with statistical confidence.
  • Build interpretable predictive models using techniques such as linear/logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, and gradient boosting methods, focusing on interpretability and statistical validity.
  • Conduct exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to uncover hidden patterns and generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured data sources.
  • Design and implement complex algorithms and data-driven models to extract insights and drive decision-making.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related filed with a strong focus on data analysis, statistical modeling and advanced Ai/ML techniques.
  • Extensive experience in Natural Language Processing including Large Language Models.
  • Proven track record in building and evaluating advanced Machine Learning models
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time-series forecasting, and Bayesian modeling
  • Apply past experience to drive and influence business decision-making by providing solution options
  • Leverage the innovation and thought leadership of our global team of technologists
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, time-series forecasting, and Bayesian modeling
  • Extensive experience working with large volumes of data across both SQL and NoSQL platforms.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Atleast 7 years of relevant work experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and its developmental toolsets, including libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch
  • Strong skills in data visualization and the ability to communicate complex statistical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Collaborate effectively with teams and individuals across the firm to achieve common goals.
  • In-depth knowledge of project lifecycle and software development lifecycle deliverables, including version and revision control practices and procedures.
  • Flexibility to work under tight deadlines, with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment and prioritizing tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and adapt to changing priorities
