Job Summary:

ABB provides electrification and automation solutions for various industries. As an intern, you will gain practical experience through various projects, supporting digital transformation initiatives and collaborating with senior team members on AI projects.

Responsibilities:

• Support digital transformation initiatives across multiple areas, such as Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.

• Work with the Business Process Management team to implement AI projects in collaboration with senior Data Engineers and Data Scientists.

• Assist in developing and deploying AI models and algorithms.

• Analyze and preprocess large data sets to extract meaningful insights.

• Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to back AI projects.

• Contribute to the creation of AI-powered products or services.

• Participate in research and development activities.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, in the United States.

• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.

• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions.

• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.

• Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality.

• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress.
