Position Summary:

The Data Analyst position will play a key role in advancing critical data initiatives within the Data Services team. This role will focus on data quality assessment, report automation, pharmacy network access analysis, and support for strategic, cross-functional projects. The position is closely aligned with AffirmedRx's goals to scale operations efficiently, maintain data integrity, and enhance collaboration across departments.

What you will do:

Support Strategic Initiatives:

  • Conduct pharmacy network access analysis to inform pricing strategies, drive client acquisition, and enhance market competitiveness
  • Provide data and analytical support for clinical alternatives, medication adherence, and MCCPD savings opportunities
  • Contribute to strategic projects that drive business growth and data-driven decision-making

Enhance Data Quality and Governance:

  • Define and enforce data quality standards in collaboration with data stewards
  • Manage project tasks assigned to the role, including data inventory, quality mapping, and ongoing accuracy monitoring
  • Ensure integrity and consistency of data used across analytical and operational functions

Drive Reporting and Automation Efforts:

  • Lead report automation initiatives across departments to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts
  • Build and/or migrate Power BI reports supporting scalable and centralized reporting
  • Standardize and document reporting processes to ensure long-term sustainability and accuracy

Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between the analytics and reporting teams to streamline project execution
  • Bridge communication gaps and align goals across technical and operational stakeholders
  • Absorb and centralize workloads currently spread across roles, reducing bottlenecks and supporting team scalability

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role, preferably in healthcare or a regulated industry
  • Proficient in SQL, Python, Excel, and Power BI
  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric and cloud platforms like Snowflake
  • Strong understanding of data quality standards, report automation, and data governance
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to support strategic and cross-functional initiatives
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency through data-driven solutions
