Pay Range: $18.54 – $19.05 per hour
This pay range represents the Company’s good-faith estimate of the starting hourly compensation for this role at the time of posting. The actual rate will be determined based on a combination of factors including experience, qualifications, work location, and internal pay alignment, in accordance with applicable laws.

As our Cycle Counter, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records in our cold storage facility through routine cycle counting and verification of stock levels. This position ensures high inventory accuracy, supports efficient warehouse operations, and helps identify and resolve any inventory discrepancies between physical stock and our warehouse management system (WMS).
What You’ll Do
- Conduct scheduled cycle counts of inventory items within the cold storage facility.
- Accurately document and report any discrepancies such as overages, shortages, or damaged goods.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies by reviewing transaction histories and warehouse records.
- Update and maintain accurate inventory data in the WMS.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to address discrepancies and identify root causes for inventory issues.
- Participate in physical inventory counts during periodic and annual audits.
- Ensure inventory areas are well-organized and comply with safety and operational standards.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the inventory control team and warehouse operations.
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or cycle counting, preferably in a warehouse or cold storage environment.
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in counting and data entry.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in using inventory scanning devices.
- Ability to work in cold storage environments as low as -10°F
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods.
- Must be able to work occasional Saturdays as needed
