We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Success Sales Liaison in our Apopka, Florida location!
The Customer Success Sales Liaison is a role designed to support the salesperson both by assisting in the sales process and by contributing to the Customer Success Team. This position acts as a liaison between the sales team and other departments to promote the success of the sales effort. The position serves as a support to customers and assigned regional directors to ensure the successful adoption of the Audio Enhancement solution by the customer, resulting in expansion of the solution throughout the region.

Duties Include
Salary wage is negotiable based on skill level and experience. Duties Include
- Assist with gathering required Implementation paperwork: signed SOW, Maps, Programming information, etc.
- Attend conferences / trade shows where appropriate.
- Present to customers where appropriate.
- Assists with Reseller account management.
- Assists with data collection and reporting as assigned.
- Assist Regional Sales Director with presentations and sales functions.
- Attends sales calls with salesperson as appropriate.
- Partners with the salesperson and provides the necessary follow up after sales meetings with prospects.
- Follows up and coordinates with the design department to ensure that the design work is complete, accurate and timely.
- Partners with the salesperson; checks the sales proposal for completeness and accuracy prior to it being sent to the customer.
- Acts as a liaison between sales and the project management and implementation teams.
- Must have 1 year Customer Success experience or equivalent.
