In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Provide detailed information about products and services, educating customers on their features and benefits.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and follow up on outstanding issues or feedback.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service role or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including CRM tools.
- Competitive hourly wage: $19 - $23 per hour.
