Responsibilities:
- Acting as a strategic business advisor to respective leaders in the areas of organizational design, organizational effectiveness, talent and performance management, total rewards, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, employee engagement and leadership development.
- Developing organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Developing and executing Talent Management plan aligned with business objectives including organizational design, succession planning, talent management, high potential identification and development and strategic talent acquisition.
- Ensuring a fair and consistent interpretation and application of Company policies, practices, procedures and leave administration that create and maintain a positive work environment.
- Driving employee and organizational engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Business, or related field required.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressively increasing HR responsibility.
- Minimum of 1 year of HR leadership experience preferred.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership to create and drive strategic HR and key functional organization initiatives.
- Experience coaching and advising senior executives on business-critical issues.
- Must be a self-starter, experienced at dealing effectively with employees at all levels, have excellent relationship/communication skills, and be a demonstrated team player.
- Demonstrated ability to actively engage employees and leaders in creating a positive morale and culture.
- Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
- This person must be in the St. Louis, MO area.
