- At least 1-2 Years of Experience
- Software/platforms required: Amazon and Walmart Marketplace
- Someone with experience providing phone support for consumer electronics. An agent with really good product awareness of low-tech items, the ability to resolve customer issues based on phone calls, and visualize part locations

Your Mission Will Be To
- Phone, Email, Chat Support plus back-office tasks
- Knowledge of Amazon and Walmart Marketplace would be a great fit (nice to have)
- The agent will troubleshoot with customers mainly via phone support.
- A reliable computer (at least with an i5 processor) and a stable high-speed internet connection.
- A quiet, cozy workspace to handle calls and chats like a pro.
- Flexible with work schedule.
- Working conditions: Nightshift, EST Timezone
- Seasonal Hiring: 12/16/2025 to 2/15/2026
