(100% Remote - Monday through Friday with possible Saturday shift depending on business needs)

As our Customer Service Interpreter Specialist in the Scheduling Department, we are looking for a person with several key administrative skills including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.

The Customer Service Interpreter Specialist must possess the following skills and attributes:

  • 2 years of experience in customer service call center environment
  • Professional verbal & written communication skills
  • Advanced interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
  • Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
  • Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
  • Strong ability to connect with people from different backgrounds

What You Will Do - Essential Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound inquiries from calls and emails to secure interpreters to cover appointments.
  • Manage appointments in the assigned language group.
  • Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information.
  • Support overflow inquiries for other languages when needed.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
