As our Customer Service Interpreter Specialist in the Scheduling Department, we are looking for a person with several key administrative skills including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.

As our Customer Service Interpreter Specialist in the Scheduling Department, we are looking for a person with several key administrative skills including efficient time management, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service skills.
The Customer Service Interpreter Specialist must possess the following skills and attributes:
- 2 years of experience in customer service call center environment
- Professional verbal & written communication skills
- Advanced interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
- Organized and motivated with excellent follow-through, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to work independently while remaining an effective and efficient member of cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyze problems and develop processes to alleviate problems
- Strong ability to connect with people from different backgrounds
- Manage inbound inquiries from calls and emails to secure interpreters to cover appointments.
- Manage appointments in the assigned language group.
- Efficiently input data & maintain accurate database information.
- Support overflow inquiries for other languages when needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as requested by leads, Assistant Manager, or Scheduling Manager.
