You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer satisfaction by providing assistance with product information, order tracking, account management, and troubleshooting issues.


Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues while providing appropriate solutions and alternatives.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
• Provide product information and assistance to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer experience and address complex issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their queries were resolved and they are satisfied with our service.
• Continuously seek to improve processes and develop better methods to meet customer needs.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
